Local Bike dealers that I've had a good experience with: Chester's Harley Davidson. Their customer service is outstanding. Someplace that I will never go again is Hacienda Harley. Go anywhere but there. Talk about rude!!!
I've also heard horror stories about the several Motorsports dealers around the valley.
